Damages, Issues & Refund Policy

At NYCH, every cookie is baked fresh with care and attention.
Because our products are perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

That said, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

 


 

When Are Refunds or Replacements Considered?

Please contact us if you receive any of the following:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

To be eligible for assistance, you must reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 


 

How to Report an Issue

Email us at orders@nych.in with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the information and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

 


 

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 15 working days, please contact us at help@nych.in.

 


 

Important Notes

  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement

  • As our products are freshly made and perishable, we cannot process refunds based on taste preference

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third-party delivery partners

  • All refunds or replacements are provided solely at the discretion of NYCH / Chheda Foods
