Why we exist
Store-bought cookies had one job.
They didn't do it. Dry crumbs. Fake chocolate. A "soft bake" that's basically a lie. We got tired of it, so we started baking the cookies we actually wanted to eat — soft in the middle, loaded on the inside, and good enough to fix a bad day.
